Dialogue with the Soul

Dialogue with the Soul is an intimate exhibition format in which the viewer enters into a direct, non-conventional contact with the artwork. It is not an exhibition in the classical sense, but a space of inner interaction, where the artwork becomes a mediator between the artist’s internal state and the viewer’s personal experience.

The exhibition represents a conceptual continuation of the project Gallery of Souls, while shifting the focus from a collective statement toward an intimate, internal dialogue. Here, art ceases to function as an object of observation and becomes a process of presence.

Format and Space

The exhibition was conceived as a working artistic space. The audience encountered not only completed works, but also the environment in which the artistic language is formed. This approach allowed viewers to perceive the artist’s thinking process, the internal logic of the series, and the relationship between state, gesture, and form.

A key component of the exhibition was its performative layer. Within the project, the performance The Anima was presented — a system of animations overlaid onto the painted works.

Through these animations, the viewer could engage with the artwork as if entering into a dialogue with it. This interaction was not literal or purely technological, but articulated in an artistic, visual-sensory form.

The animation did not replace or overshadow the paintings; instead, it expanded the perceptual field, allowing the artworks to be experienced as living, energetically active entities.

Central Theme: The Energy Between Us

The core conceptual axis of the exhibition was the series The Energy Between Us — an artistic research project developed between 2021 and 2025.

This body of work investigates the phenomenon of energy arising between people, states, gazes, and inner processes. It does not approach metaphysics as abstraction, but rather as a subtle yet tangible field of interaction — impossible to measure, yet impossible to ignore.

Within the context of Dialogue with the Soul, The Energy Between Us functioned as the primary conceptual framework:

energy as a form of dialogue,

energy as a language,

energy as the space between “self” and “other.”

Attendance and Response

The exhibition was visited by more than 50 people, a significant number for an intimate, non-mass format. The interaction between viewer and artwork unfolded at a slow pace, free from the pressure of spectacle or social performance.

For many visitors, the experience was perceived as deeply personal rather than as a conventional exhibition visit.

Conclusion

Dialogue with the Soul is a project about inner presence, silence, and attention.

About the moment when art ceases to explain and begins to reflect.

About a dialogue that does not require words.
